Somerset Charcuterie produces artisan Somerset charcuterie using traditional Italian and Spanish charcuterie methods, combined with the rich flavours of the West Country food culture. With more than a decade of experience, Somerset Charcuterie crafts award-winning British charcuterie, including products recognised at the Taste of the West Awards, where Somerset Charcuterie achieved Champion Charcuterie 2024. Free-range traditional breed pigs are reared in partnership with local farmers, alongside Somerset grass-fed beef, lamb, mutton, goat, duck, and wild venison. Using carefully sourced Somerset ingredients, including local cider and cheeses, Somerset Charcuterie delivers authentic West Country charcuterie rooted in craft, provenance, and regional produce.
